One page at a time

Let me start by saying that I would like to thank who ever reads this now...I am sure this isn't going to be a very interesting blog but I want to document our TTC from start to finish. :)

Well I think things are going to start moving along soon. AF finally showed her ugly face and I am actually thrilled about it! I guess I should tell some of our obstacles thus far...

>> I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and Metabolic Disorder
>>I have been put on Metformin and a strict diet (ugh)
>> I am supposed to get some sort of physical activity at least 3 times a week
>>We both work full time and are currrently in school
>> We have a gorgeous 7 year old daughter who takes all of our attention :)

Things seem very chaotic in our lives right now but we are very ready for another child and Jade is ready for a sibling. :) We think she will be way JEALOUS!!!

So...I have been on Metaformin for a little over a month now and I think things are finally getting back on track. AF is becoming more regular and I am working on the diet issue. That is the hardest part for me. Jenny is being a doll and doing the diet with me...she's so great! She just wants me to be healthy and if she has to diet to help me get to that point then that's what she will do...did I mention she is a doll? I have been doing lots of research about what the next step should be, I feel like I am lost in the TTC world. I feel like I am doing things wrong or that I should be reading this or that. I feel I will not catch the "lingo" so to speak. But I am sure we will get there and be fine. We also have the help of our close friends C & A...they are just great and have been there the whole way! They have been so great and we just love them!!!

At this point I can honestly say...TTC is overwhelming me! I want to know EVERYTHING...it will all come...one page at a time!

  1. It definitely is an overwhelming process but it sounds like you are going about everything just fine! I look forward to reading more about your journey.
